The owner of BUM Immobilien was among others Vice President and Treasurer of the "RDM Bavaria" (RDM Bavaria) for many years. He is a member of the expert committee of the Municipality of Nuremberg. Furthermore, he has joined the working group of the Municipality of Nuremberg for the production and continuation of the brochure "Immobilienmarkt Nürnberg“ (= Property Market Nuremberg) reflecting actual market data. He is also a member of the "Regionalbeirat des IVD-Süd/Bayern" (Advisory Council of IVD South/Bavaria) for the industrial region of Central Franconia, and Member of the Ethics Committee of the "IVD-Süd" (IVD South).

The link to the "NIB - Nürnberger-Immobilien-Börse" (Nuremberg Property Exchange) allows for the cooperation with more than 40 partners and thus a far-reaching cover of the local Greater NurembertFürth/Erlangen as the centre of metropolitan region of Central Franconia/North Bavaria.

Through national contacts, the marketing of over-regionally located properties is realised, partially in cooperation with Partners and the Partners of DIP.
