RAG Montan Immobilien GmbH has been a specialist in innovative spatial services for thirty years. With our customer-oriented approach, RAG Montan Immobilien GmbH develops and implements spatial usage concepts for unique areal and conversion spaces. Our regionally-based sales teams at our four regional offices work closely with our customers to provide success-oriented sales and marketing services.

Currently, our 330 employees at company headquarters in Essen and our four regional offices in Ruhr (Essen), Westphalia (Dortmund), Lower Rhine (Moers) and Saarprojekt (Sulzbach) generate a turnover of around 50 million euros. In addition to 1,850 acres of our own space, we manage around 30,000 acres for our customers. Around 3,000 acres are currently being developed for sustainable, pioneering use.
